Privacy Policy

Notice: this document is a functional draft written for TallerFacil's launch. It does not replace advice from a legal professional — before large-scale use, especially if new third-party services are added, it should be reviewed by someone with legal expertise.

1. Data controller

TallerFacil is a service operated by Alan Rodríguez Rueda, based in Gijón, Asturias (Spain). For any question about this policy or to exercise your rights, you can write to hola@tallerfacil.top15.es.

2. What data we collect

As an auto repair shop registered on TallerFacil, we process:

Your account data: email, name, your shop's name and tax details.
Your customers' data that you enter: name, phone, email, tax ID, address.
Vehicle data: plate, make, model, mileage, repair history.
Invoicing data when you issue Verifactu invoices (mandatory from 2027).
App usage data (pages visited, events) only if you accept analytics cookies — see our cookie policy.

TallerFacil acts as the data processor for the data of your customers that you enter as the data controller (you decide which customers to register and for what purpose). You're responsible for having a valid legal basis to process your own customers' data.

3. Legal basis

We process your account data for the performance of the service agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Invoicing data is also processed under a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)). Analytics cookies are based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time from the banner or by deleting your browser's cookies.

4. Data processors (third parties)

To provide the service, TallerFacil relies on the following providers, each with its own privacy policy:

Twilio Inc. — sending WhatsApp messages and voice calls to your customers.
Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — payment processing (both your TallerFacil subscription and the payments you take from your customers).
Anthropic PBC — generating technical vehicle specifications using artificial intelligence (make/model/year only, never customers' personal data).
Google LLC (Google Analytics) — website usage analytics, only if you accept the corresponding cookies.

5. Where the data is hosted

Data is stored on servers located within the European Union. No international data transfers take place other than those inherent to using the providers listed in section 4, which have their own safeguards (standard contractual clauses or another mechanism valid under the GDPR).

6. How long we keep the data

For as long as your account is active. If you request cancellation, your data is deleted immediately, except for data we must keep under a legal obligation (for example, Verifactu invoicing records, subject to tax statute-of-limitations periods).

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection:

From the app itself: Settings → Privacy and data → Export my data / Delete my account.
By email to hola@tallerfacil.top15.es.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe we haven't properly handled your request.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or in the regulations. The last-updated date appears at the top of the document.
