1. Site owner

This website (tallerfacil.top15.es) and the TallerFacil application are operated by Alan Rodríguez Rueda, based in Gijón, Asturias (Spain). Contact: hola@tallerfacil.top15.es.

2. Purpose

TallerFacil is management software for auto repair shops: repair orders, customer and vehicle files, quotes with digital signature, online payment, Verifactu-compliant invoicing and automatic maintenance alerts by WhatsApp.

3. Terms of use

Access to TallerFacil is free during the early access phase; paid plans have the conditions and prices indicated at any given time within the app itself. Using the service implies acceptance of this legal notice and of the privacy policy.

The user agrees to make lawful use of the service, not to enter third-party data without a legal basis for doing so, and to keep their access credentials confidential.

4. Service availability

TallerFacil is provided "as is". Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but 100% uptime or the absence of errors is not guaranteed. We recommend not relying exclusively on the app for legal invoicing obligations without periodically checking the status of your records.

5. Intellectual property

The code, design and content of TallerFacil belong to its owner, except for content entered by each user (customer data, vehicles, orders), which remains the property of the user/shop itself.

6. Electronic invoicing (Verifactu)

Compliance with Verifactu (Spanish Royal Decree 1007/2023) is ultimately the responsibility of the shop issuing the invoice. TallerFacil provides the technical tools (chained hash, QR code, submission to the AEAT) but does not replace the advice of an accountant or tax advisor regarding each shop's tax obligations.

7. Third-party links

The service relies on external providers (Twilio, Stripe, Anthropic, Google Analytics) detailed in the privacy policy. TallerFacil does not control and is not responsible for the services provided by these third parties beyond their technical integration.

8. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that correspond under applicable consumer protection regulations.
